JOHN W. HOYT, MD

Dr. Hoyt studied at the University of Washington, where he earned his medical degree and completed his residency. He is board-certified in anatomic pathology, neuropathology and clinical pathology. Dr. Hoyt is also a fellowship-trained surgical pathologist. He is licensed to practice medicine in Washington and Alaska and is the Medical Director at Northwest Pathology. His special interests include neuropathology and clinical laboratory medicine. Dr. Hoyt has been with Northwest Pathology since 1993 and serves as its President. Dr. Hoyt serves as Chairman of the Cancer Committee at WhidbeyHealth.

GREG WOLGAMOT, MD PHD

Dr. Wolgamot studied at the University of Washington, where he earned his medical degree. His PhD research was performed at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He completed a residency in surgical pathology at Harvard’s Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and pursued additional training at the University of Washington. He is board certified in anatomic pathology, clinical pathology, and dermatopathology. Dr. Wolgamot is also a fellowship-trained surgical pathologist. His special interests include dermatopathology, hematopathology, clinical laboratory medicine, and molecular pathology. Dr. Wolgamot currently serves as the Chair of the Tumor Board at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bellingham, WA.
